ATKINS BREAD MIX BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
In the oven: Add 300 ml warm water (35-38°C) to the yeast and bread mix. Mix with a dough hook at medium speed for approx. 2-3 min for a dense bread, or for 5-6 min for a more fluffy bread. Place dough in a loaf pan and let sit (at 25-30°C) for approx. 20 minutes for a dense bread, and up to 50 minutes for a lighter, fluffier bread. Bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 mins. at 200-220°C / 390-425°F.
Bread baking machine: Add 300 ml of water, 1 sachet of yeast (as found inside of the box) and bread mix into your bread baking machine. Run the standard or quick whole grain bread program. Choose 500g bread weight on the bread making machine. If your machine is only suitable for breads larger than 500g, we advise to use 1.5 packs of bread mix + 1.5 times water + 1.5 times yeast to get a good result.
